Advertising Policy
Effective 6 September 2026. BLOOOW is for legitimate business classifieds, products, services and offers.
1. Core rule
An advertisement must be lawful, truthful, relevant to BLOOOW's business marketplace and supported by a genuine advertiser that can be contacted through the information supplied to BLOOOW.
2. Accuracy
Titles, descriptions, prices, photographs, business identity, location, qualifications, availability and material conditions must not be false or materially misleading. Stock images or illustrative images must not be used in a way that misrepresents the actual product or business.
3. Rights to content
Advertisers must own or have permission to use submitted text, logos, photographs and other media. Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights may be rejected or removed.
4. Content BLOOOW does not accept
- illegal goods, services, activity or instructions;
- stolen goods, counterfeit goods or content that facilitates fraud or scams;
- weapons, explosives or other goods whose advertising or sale is unlawful or unreasonably dangerous;
- illegal drugs, unlawfully supplied prescription medicines, or prohibited controlled substances;
- human trafficking, sexual services, personal/dating advertisements, pornography or exploitation;
- hate, threats, harassment, discriminatory unlawful services or content encouraging violence;
- fake qualifications, deceptive medical/financial claims, pyramid or fraudulent investment schemes;
- content that exposes another person's sensitive personal information without a legitimate basis;
- malware, credential theft, hacking-for-hire or other malicious digital services;
- anything BLOOOW reasonably believes creates a legal, safety, fraud or trust risk.
5. Regulated businesses and claims
Where a profession, product or service requires a licence, registration, approval or legally required disclosure, the advertiser is responsible for meeting those requirements. BLOOOW may request supporting information before publication.
6. Pricing and offers
Displayed prices and offer terms should be genuine and sufficiently clear. “From”, “negotiable”, “free” and “contact for price” should be used only where they accurately describe the offer. Material exclusions or conditions should not be hidden.
7. Duplicate and spam submissions
BLOOOW may reject repetitive, automated, irrelevant or manipulative submissions, including attempts to flood categories or artificially influence views, likes or discovery ordering.
8. Verification
Verification is controlled by BLOOOW. Advertisers may not falsely claim to be BLOOOW-verified, impersonate a BLOOOW Agent, reproduce verification marks deceptively or imply an endorsement that has not been given.
9. Moderation
BLOOOW may request edits, recategorise, reject, hide or remove an advertisement. Serious or repeated abuse may result in refusal of future submissions. Where appropriate, BLOOOW may preserve records needed to investigate fraud, disputes or legal obligations.
10. Questions
If you are unsure whether an advertisement is appropriate, contact a BLOOOW Agent before paying or submitting it.
