1. Who operates BLOOOW

In these terms, “BLOOOW”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BLOOOW (PVT) LTD (registration 260824388692). “You” means a visitor, advertiser, business representative or other person using the service.

2. What BLOOOW provides

BLOOOW is a business-classifieds and local-discovery advertising platform. We provide discovery, listing, moderation and contact tools. Unless an advertisement expressly identifies BLOOOW as the seller or service provider, the advertised goods or services are supplied by the advertiser, not BLOOOW.

3. Placing an advertisement

Advertisements are placed through a human BLOOOW Agent, BLOOOW-BOT, or an authorised internal BLOOOW process. Submission does not automatically publish an ad. BLOOOW may review information, images, category placement, payment and compliance before publication.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current and lawful information; have authority to advertise the business, product or service; have rights to use submitted photographs, logos and text; and keep public contact information reasonably current. You must not mislead users about price, availability, identity, location, condition, qualifications or material terms.

5. Fees and payment

The current standard listing fee configured by BLOOOW is Rs. 1,500, unless a different amount is clearly stated before payment. Payment may be verified manually. Paying a fee does not override the Advertising Policy or guarantee publication of prohibited, unlawful or materially misleading content.

If a submission requires correction, BLOOOW may request changes before making a final publication decision. Refund or cancellation requests are assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law. After an advertisement has been published, listing fees are generally not refundable unless BLOOOW agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.

6. Listing duration and changes

Unless BLOOOW states a fixed expiry period, a standard published listing may remain available without a fixed expiry date. BLOOOW may edit presentation, recategorise, hide, remove or request an update where information becomes inaccurate, a policy is breached, a complaint requires investigation, or continued publication creates a legal, security or trust concern.

7. Verification

A verification indicator means that BLOOOW has completed the verification step described on the relevant page or in our internal process. Verification is not a guarantee that every statement in an advertisement is correct, that a transaction is risk-free, or that BLOOOW endorses every good or service offered by that advertiser.

8. Transactions between users and advertisers

Buyers and advertisers are responsible for their own communications, inspections, agreements, payments and transactions. Exercise reasonable care before paying money, sharing sensitive information or relying on claims made in an advertisement.

9. Moderation and prohibited content

All advertisements must follow the Advertising Policy. BLOOOW may reject, hide or remove content and may suspend access to BLOOOW-BOT where necessary to protect the service, users or legal compliance.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant BLOOOW a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, reproduce, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to review, publish, promote and operate your advertisement on BLOOOW. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that licence.

11. Availability and liability

BLOOOW may experience maintenance, outages, errors or changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BLOOOW is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from third-party advertisements or transactions between users and advertisers. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BLOOOW develops or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes should not be applied retroactively in a way that unlawfully removes accrued rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights continue to apply.
