The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of both the partnering merchant and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the promotion at any time, with or without prior notice to Cardholders.
The Bank shall not be held responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of goods and / or services offered by the partnering merchants under this promotion. Any disputes relating to such matters should be directed to the respective merchant.
The offer is valid only during the specified promotion period, as communicated by the Bank and / or merchant partner.
The offer is not applicable for commercial transactions, cash advances.
All transactions are subject to authorization by the Bank, and only successful and eligible transactions will qualify for the promotional offer.
If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre shall be final and binding.
The Bank reserves the right to verify transaction details and disqualify any Cardholder or transaction that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
In the event of cancellation or reversal of a qualifying transaction, the Bank reserves the right to revoke the offer or any related benefits.
Eligibility
The promotion is open to all Credit and Debit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
The offer is valid for Sri Lankan citizens and expatriates holding valid ComBank Cards.
All payments must be fully settled using Commercial Bank Credit or Debit Cards to qualify for the offer.
